Amazon Work Injury Lawsuits –
Profits Over People
You Get ONE Shot at Full Justice. We Make Sure You Take It.
It’s no secret that Amazon’s priority is its profits and bottom line. But this trillion-dollar company must begin to prioritize safer work conditions for its employees and contractors because a human life is always more valuable than a company’s profit.
Far too many Amazon workers and negligence victims have been seriously injured or killed in warehouse accidents, truck accidents, and other premises liability accidents. One thing all these incidents have in common is that they could have been avoided if this corporate giant undertook proper safety measures to guard against foreseeable injuries.

One Family’s Story of Wrongful Death
Early in the morning on Thursday, October 20, 2022, 66-year-old Amazon semi-truck driver Harvail Singh Dhillon was killed when he was struck by another truck while he walked across the westbound lane.
At the time of his death, Mr. Singh Dhillon was attempting to figure out how to access Amazon’s distribution center when confusing signage that stated trucks were not allowed to use the facility’s driveways made the access point unclear.
That day, Amazon lost a delivery driver, but Mr. Dhillon’s family and community lost a beloved husband, father, uncle, and friend. While no amount of compensation could ever bring the victim back or make up for their loss, the family knew something had to be done to see that justice is served and to prevent others from becoming victims of corporate greed.
AN OUNCE OF PREVENTION IS WORTH A POUND OF CURE.

PROFITS ARE NOT AS IMPORTANT AS PEOPLE.
A Tragedy That Never Had to Happen
Someone else was seriously injured under the same circumstances in the same location six weeks earlier. Amazon could have put safety measures in place after the first incident that would have saved Harvail Singh’s life, but they didn’t value the lives of their drivers enough to do so.
Regarding the decision to file a wrongful death lawsuit, Jeet Singh stated, “Amazon is a big corporation. They don’t care. My father was nothing to them. But something needs to be done. I took a step. Let’s see who’s behind me.”
